RWM introduces Cadence news delivery system Rob Wray Marketing has added a powerful new tool to assist its clients in publicity and promotion. Starting today the agency will offer publicity and marketing communications distribution through its Cadence News Bureau. The service is able to reach up to 150,000 business and consumer media outlets through PRNewswire’s MediaAtlas database. To reach these outlets -- and other client contacts – the firm is partnering with award-winning e-mail provider Constant Contact to deliver graphic-rich press releases, newsletters and custom communications. “This combined capacity means we can now deliver our clients’ news and communications quicker, to more people, and at less cost,” according to Rob Wray, president. “We can draw from more than 500,000 opt-in contacts from the MediaAtlas database, add additional names from our own databases, and merge them with names supplied by our clients to build targeted direct mail, fax broadcasts, telemarketing or e-mail campaigns suited to each message,” he said. The agency’s new e-mail service is a significant expansion of the agency’s services, Wray said. “We can now offer such advanced functions as simultaneous HTML/plain text messaging, guaranteed subscribe and unsubscribe service, enhanced delivery, CAN-Spam compliance, and important tracking metrics such as delivery, bounce-back and open rates.
